Administrative and Customer Service Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Salthill.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Completing administrative tasks including answering queries, bookings, data entry, and reporting
2. Acting as a first point of contact for the organisation
3. Working effectively as part of a customer-focused team
4. Prioritising tasks, managing projects, and completing assigned tasks effectively
5. Dealing with all stakeholders in a professional and enthusiastic manner
6. Providing administrative support for various functions, meeting and greet services, out of office support, and accommodation and social programme support
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and key IT and financial literacy skills
* A bachelor's degree is desirable, as well as proficiency in a second language other than English
