Duties
:
1. Work as part of a Site Management team on construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met
2. Ensure adherence to the health and safety and environmental policies and ensure safe systems of work are planned and implemented on assigned projects.
3. Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
4. Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
5. Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
6. Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
7. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
Requirements as follows;
8. 5 years experience in site management
9. Ability to read and understand design team Drawings & Specifications
10. Good organisational skills required to organise, assign and monitor works for grounds works crews
11. Knowledge of and Experienced in working to Health and Safety regulations
12. Ability to implement quality control procedures
13. Experienced in services installation to Irish Water standard details and dealing with Irish water Field engineer
14. Be highly organised and the ability to work to Construction Schedules
15. Good ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcomes
16. Good knowledge of construction material and processes
