Hotel Talent are looking for a Sales Manager to join a 4* hotel. You will be responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving hotel sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Manages and oversees proactive sales for all contracted segments.
* Proactive in the market with annual sales targets to achieve both individually and collectively for the sales team.
* Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
* Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals.
* Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
* Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
* Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account.
* Develops effective sales plans for all market segments.
* Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
* Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Conducts site inspections, FAM Trips and weekly sales calls.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous Proactive Sales Experience from the 4/5 Star Hotel Market in Ireland.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Target driven.
* Salary guide €50k plus bonus structure.
