Key Requirements:
* Creative and passionate about culinary arts
* Self-motivated and have positive attitude
* Flexible with hours/ own transport
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
* Full working rights in Ireland.
Main Duties:
* To prepare and produce food for the area, which you are assigned, and to the standards set by the Head Pastry Chef.
* To ensure consistency of product at all times.
* To adhere to the 7 principles of the HACCP in all-cleaning storage, preparation and working of food.
* To always work in a friendly and professional manner.
* To always work as part of an overall team.
* To be responsible for the supervision of Junior Chef de partie and commis chefs.
