Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Payroll Systems Implementation experience for a 12-18 Month daily rate hybrid contract.Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Senior Project Manager will manage a large Payroll System replacement programme of work that is currently underway.
The Senior Project Manager will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, direct, and motivate HR/Finance stakeholders and project teams to reach goals, objectives, and deliverables Manage and maintain project documentation, organise key reports, schedules, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all team members Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on progress Monitor and report to board members on project milestones, providing regular updates and escalating any potential delays or issues.
Assisting in risk and issue management by tracking identified risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place, and coordinating with teams QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Business or IT Qualification 10+ Years Project Management experience Previous experience implementing (multiple) payroll management systems is essential Proficient in managing stakeholders, exhibit accountability and reliability in delivering results Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and concisely for senior audiences Experience with Oracle would be a plus Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential Project Management certification Excellent presentation skills Call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
