Job Title: HR Project Specialist
The HR Project Specialist is a key role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources projects. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR initiatives.
o In collaboration with HRD and other stakeholders, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
o Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
o Manage expectations and build strong relationships with internal partners.
* Process Improvement:
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
o Monitor project performance and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
* Change Management:
o Lead and support change management initiatives related to HR projects.
o Develop and implement communication plans to ensure smooth transitions during project rollouts.
o Provide training and support to employees and management during project implementation.
* Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure HR projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
o Prepare and present project reports, metrics, and documentation to senior management.
o Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in HR project management/HR Business partner or a related role with a focus on talent management and organizational design.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
