Altor Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading technology business to grow their highly successful Sales Account Manager team in Ireland.
In this role, you'll manage and grow an existing customer base by analysing performance data, renegotiating subscription rates, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You'll also onboard new accounts and reduce customer churn through strong relationship management.
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years of sales experience in a target-driven environment
* Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling multiple products
* Strong skills in nurturing customer relationships and managing renewals
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong client rapport
* Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
