Quality Engineer Role in County Kildare
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to assist the Quality Operations Manager in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System. This role will support the overall quality team by ensuring the production and release of finished parts meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain adherence to daily quality policies and procedures, aligning with the Quality Management System.
* Interface with customers to achieve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
* Maintain production GMP standards to ensure high-quality products.
* Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of customer and internal quality issues.
* Initiate and complete CAPA actions as required.
* Coordinate non-conformance reports (NCRs) and product/production-related NCRs to timely closure.
* Establish and monitor inspection standards, plans, frequencies, and test methods.
* Develop and maintain Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
* Prepare and update quality system documentation.
* Support customer and surveillance accreditation audits.
* Participate in quality planning and new product introduction from a quality perspective.
Requirements:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent quality experience, ideally in high-volume manufacturing.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and solutions-driven approach.
