One Arena was established in 2016. We opened our first gym on Pouladuff Road in 2019, followed by our second club in Passage West in April 2023. Our third club is coming soon. We are Cork's leading health and fitness club, offering group personal coaching.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching, customer experience, being able to handle a variety of tasks and being very organised. This role will move to a 40 hour salaried role for the successful candidate.
Duties:
1. Delivering industry-leading coaching to small and large groups.
2. Assist in driving revenue with regular sales tasks and administration duties.
3. Session design and plan for the month ahead.
4. Conduct client consultations & health screens that are reliable and valid using the standardised One Arena methods.
5. Provide a high level of customer service, motivation and positive feedback.
6. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
7. Attend meetings, mentoring, training sessions, training courses, in-house gym events and external competitions.
