Proclinical is seeking a dedicated QA Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on providing essential administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily administrative support to the QA team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
2. Manage and update QA records, logs, and databases to ensure compliance.
3. Assist in preparing and reviewing QA documentation, such as SOPs and quality reports.
4. Coordinate QA activities, including internal audits and training sessions.
5. Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
6. Manage travel arrangements and event coordination for QA-related activities.
7. Track and maintain QA compliance metrics and reports.
8. Ensure proper filing and archiving of quality documents in compliance with GMP and other standards.
9. Support QA software systems and assist in employee onboarding and training.
10. Act as a point of contact for QA queries and perform general office tasks.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in business administration, life sciences, or related field.
2. Experience in administrative roles, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare.
3. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and regulatory standards is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document control systems is a plus.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
8. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team.
