Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the seamless operation of our production facility, ensuring that materials and packaging are prepared and available to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to changing production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare materials and packaging for daily production, including decanting materials into containers.
2. Respond promptly to changes in production requirements, maintaining flexibility and efficiency.
3. Ensure a 100% service level to the production line at all times.
4. Adhere strictly to Health & Safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); maintain a safe working environment at all times.
5. Conduct daily checks before commencing tasks, including equipment checks.
6. Organise production put-away in an efficient manner.
7. Maintain the warehouse in an audit-ready condition at all times.
8. Perform weekly stock checks and cycle counts.
9. Maximise warehouse space utilisation.
10. Assist the Goods Out function as needed.
11. Provide holiday cover support for Goods In and/or Goods Out functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Prior experience in a production facility or similar environment.
2. Valid reach truck and counterbalance licences (refreshers can be arranged if needed).
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
4. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process enhancements.
5. Flexibility with working hours to meet operational needs.

Pay: €13.90-€15.89 per hour
