Job Title: Part-Time Health and Safety Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and qualified Part-Time Health and Safety Officer to join our team on a flexible, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
About the Role:
* Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
* Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to staff.
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
* Work closely with management to promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
About You:
* A NEBOSH qualification or related degree.
* Proven experience in a health and safety role.
* Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and proactively.
