An Office Administrator position has become available at a medium sized accountancy firm based close to the IFSC in Dublin City Centre. This candidate will provide administration support to the Business Support Team.
Duteis & Responsibilites:
1. Reception duties to include but not limited to answering phones, greeting clients, handling couriers, etc.
2. Business support to include but not limited to scanning, filing, corresponding with clients, general administration, bank, post office runs, covering annual leave days for your colleagues, etc.
3. You will be working as part of an effective team providing support to a larger team of 50 Professional staff
Skills & Requirements:
4. Experience working in a profressional or financial service
5. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires excellent verbal and written skills
6. Strong ability to manage time & prioritise tasks.
7. Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Full training will be provided but experience in an Administrator role is essential.
