About the Role
This is a part-time position for 21 hours a week based in Castlebar. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage and Thesaurus software.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and consolidate client timesheets accurately and on time.
* Process monthly payroll, ensuring all employee details are correctly accounted for.
* Track and manage annual leave balances.
* Ensure adherence to ROS requirements.
* Collaborate with clients to meet their payroll and invoicing needs.
* Review and process monthly invoices for suppliers and clients.
* Allocate payments correctly.
* Perform monthly account reconciliations.
* Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Requirements
* Previous experience in payroll and accounts processing.
* Familiarity with Sage Thesaurus software.
* Knowledge of ROS and its requirements.
* Proficient with online banking systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
