Job Title: Member Pricing Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Member Pricing Operations Manager to join our team at Musgrave, one of Europe's most successful family-owned businesses with a 140-year heritage in food and brand innovation.
Musgrave supports communities across the island of Ireland and Spain through 15 market leading food and beverage brands, including SuperValu, Centra, Frank and Honest, and Musgrave Market Place. To achieve this goal, we are embarking on a programme of work to deliver more compelling and profitable promotions through our Real Rewards Member Pricing Loyalty Programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving this proposition.
Main Responsibilities:
* Owning the end-to-end Real Rewards Member Prices process.
* Defining the Promotions Policies and Calendar for all Real Rewards Prices offers and managing deadlines through all relevant functions.
* Working with cross-functional teams and business teams to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders, particularly Trading, Supply Chain, Marketing, Loyalty, and Sales.
* Investigating and troubleshooting issues, tracking issue lists, implementing appropriate escalation processes, and managing relevant issues to resolution and closeout.
* Suggesting process and technical solutions needed to improve implementation of the offer.
* Producing written documentation to support findings and processes.
* Coordinating consumer communications with Marketing.
* Reviewing and reporting on all activity and using learnings to improve and shape the future offer, utilising Acuity views.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months of commercial experience in a varied office environment, with competent IT and administrative skills.
* Familiarity with Trading Promotional processes and internal systems such as GOLD, PIP, PASS, Quick Proof, Excel Macros (desirable).
* Excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* The ability to adapt to a varied workload.
* Excellent attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
