Responsibilities:
* Lead Recruitment Business Development Director.
* Make contact with clients and receive job specifications.
* Develop Social Media; Twitter, LinkedIn promotions/posts.
* Flexible, adaptable with the ability to prioritize.
* IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, user applications, etc.).
* Excellent English language (C2) proficiency communication skills.
* Highly confident, persuasive, and persistent, supporting key clients.
* Opportunity to work hybrid from home in a directorship role for an experienced candidate.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* Recruitment Services: 5 years (preferred).
* Account management: 5 years (preferred).
* Advanced LinkedIn: 3 years (preferred).
* Training Delivery: 3 years (preferred).
* Business Development Leadership: 3 years (preferred).
* Recruitment Leadership: 4 years (preferred).
