This role will involve leading and managing implementation for our global fund range, working closely with European and North American stakeholders to identify, track, and elevate issues, risks, and dependencies critical to the successful launch and lifecycle management of SSGA's Funds.
You will apply project and change management skills in the implementation of any lifecycle events, assessing for continuous efficiencies and enhancements of controls supporting the process.
This role will be critical in the ongoing relationship and evaluation of the ecosystem created to launch and ongoing service SSGA's Funds globally.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of knowledge on ETF and mutual fund vehicles UCITS and AIF offerings and act as a subject matter expert.
* Lead and participate in meetings with Product Development to comprehend product pipelines Drive product implementation and change management by working with key stakeholders across SSGA and SSBT to manage and oversee end-to-end project activities such as scope and requirements definition, solutioning, estimation and planning, and execution.
* Monitor implementation plans for significant deviations Maintain processes to ensure project management plans are relevant, accurate and complete and support overall firm goals and strategic initiatives.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills Understanding of technology (e.g., industry platforms, data tools, portals, workflow, automation)
