The Role:
The Dublin General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the Dublin FBO business and ensuring the highest levels of safety, hospitality, operational, and financial performance. The Dublin GM leads and engages teams, inspiring high performance and implementing people and operational strategies within and across the Dublin FBO.
As Dublin GM, you will promote the Signature brand, highlight new initiatives, and raise service standards to deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience. You will monitor the competitive environment in Dublin and other locations, conduct market research, and work with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
A key aspect of your role will be collaborating with specialist functions including Finance on budgets and P&L management, and HR on strategy, succession planning, team member engagement, and development.
About You:
We seek a candidate with a degree or equivalent experience in aviation management. You should have a proven track record in leading a business or operation, proactively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in line with strategic aims and delivering on KPIs.
Experience in using data and market knowledge for decision-making and maximizing opportunities is essential. You must understand technical and financial data, including management of your base P&L.
A checkable five-year employment history is required. The role demands flexibility in working hours and some international travel.
