Job Title: HR/Recruitment Administrator- Temporary Contract Salary: €35-40K pro rata Location: Dublin Note: This contract is due to run until March/ April 2025- 6 Month Contract This role will be office based initially for training, but will then be remote Job Ref: S011581 Description of Role: Our client is now seeking a HR/ Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Requirements: Must have at least 1-2 years Administration experience Must have experience working in HR/ Recruitment. Candidates coming from a technical environment preferred. (however not essential). Must be a self-motivator Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on your own initiative, take ownership of tasks and be accountable. Key Duties & Responsibilities: HR administration Including: drafting & issuing contracts. salary letters for the annual review process Managing/ maintain employee files i.e. renaming and relocating them into relevant sub-folders, logging relevant data on a spreadsheet for auditing purposes, etc. Organising, screening and interviews.
