Reporting to the Trading Manager, the successful applicant will:
* Provide admin support to the Trading Manager, including product listing, price maintenance, and promotions setup.
* Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and the wider trading team around projects and frequent deadlines.
* Support the Trading Manager on cross-functional initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports using Excel.
* Work on own initiative with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Competency in PC packages.
* Experience in in-house databases is desirable.
* Previous experience in trading/purchasing, sales, or supply chain is essential to the role.
* Strong numerical skills.
* Planning and organizing skills and ability to meet deadlines.
This is a 12-month contract.

Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
