Our Dublin based client is looking for an Organisational Change Coach to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving organisational change, transforming teams, and coaching at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities: Change Management Leadership: Lead and facilitate comprehensive change management strategies across the organisation to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Senior Team Transformation: Work directly with senior management and teams to assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective change strategies that align with organisational goals.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to senior-level individuals and teams Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that support change management initiatives, enhancing the capabilities of leaders and teams to manage ongoing changes within the organisation.
Essential Experience: Proven experience in driving organisational change, with a strong track record of successful transformation projects involving senior teams.
Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and groups at a senior level.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies and training programs.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Coaching or Leadership Development are highly desirable.
