Job Responsibilities
* Provide advanced Level 3 support to resolve complex networking and infrastructure issues.
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and ensure system performance.
* Administer Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy settings.
* Oversee mobile device compliance using Microsoft Intune.
* Implement and monitor backup solutions, ensuring disaster recovery readiness.
* Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
* Collaborate with teams to align IT services with business needs and document processes effectively.
Requirements
* 35 years experience in senior technical support roles.
* Proficiency in Windows server management, virtualization, and Office 365 administration.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Intune.
* Experience with backup tools like Veeam or similar.
* Microsoft certifications (required).
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
