PE Global is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join an employer of choice based in the outskirts of North Dublin.This is a permanent opportunity which will assist the Credit Manager in routine accounting operations to ensure delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Departments requirements.Responsibilities:Reconcile and resolve problem invoicesBuild key relationships with operations and customers to quickly resolve invoice issuesFile invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessarySupport credit manager with exception reports to identify and resolve various accounting issuesSupport Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignmentsEnsure communication with local branchesPost deposits timely to our accounting systemLiaise with Departments to resolve any billing issuesLiaise with customers on specific requirement or issuesAssist with the monthly collectionsComplete daily administrative duties where necessaryGenerate summary invoices for customers using a script – weekly and Monthly.Sending customer invoicing using Marco tools.Posting accounting journals as needed.Arranging customer refunds in payables systemThere is a high usage of Excel – so Excellent Excel knowledge is required.Assisting with Internal and External Audit requestsRequirements:You will have a minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Assistant roleYou will have completed a Finance Diploma or DegreeKnowledge of Irish Financial Reporting Standards and accounting principles is essentialExpert knowledge of MS Office applications (specifically Excel)You will be technically proficient and have strong accounting, analytical, financial modeling research skillsYou will have excellent organisational skills and you will be detail orientedInterested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, call David on 083 435 7113 or alternatively send an up-to-date CV to david.cogan@peglobal.net***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland***
