About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our established practice, working on a variety of projects in the Midlands, North West, and Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
* Support preparation of contract documents.
* Assist in managing budgets and variations.
* Monitor project costs and provide regular financial updates.
* Provide cash flow forecasts and reconciliations as needed.
* Conduct site visits and verify measures.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* At least one year's experience in Quantity Surveying.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g. Cubit, Excel).
