Brand Ambassador – Premium Spirits & Beer
Location: Dublin & Nationwide (Hybrid/Remote)

Are you an outgoing and passionate individual with a love for premium beverages? We’re seeking dynamic Brand Ambassadors to represent a selection of prestige spirits and premium beers in the Irish market. These field-based roles will focus on building brand awareness, engaging with trade professionals, driving sales, and creating memorable consumer experiences.
The Opportunities:
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in educating, advocating, and marketing a portfolio of high-end beverages across both On-Trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and Off-Trade (retail, distributors). You’ll work closely with trade partners, bartenders, and key stakeholders to enhance visibility, boost distribution, and drive demand.
What You’ll Do:
Trade Engagement & Advocacy: Build relationships with bar staff, retail managers, and distributors, ensuring products are front-of-mind and expertly served.
Sales & Distribution Growth: Work with sales teams to increase placements, optimize performance, and achieve sales targets.
Brand Education: Deliver tailored training sessions and immersive experiences that bring each product's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique qualities to life.
Marketing & Activations: Plan and execute high-impact consumer events, tastings, and brand activations to drive awareness and engagement.
Content & Social Media: Support brand visibility through digital content, social media campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Reporting & Strategy: Monitor trends, track competitor activity, and provide valuable insights to refine brand strategy.
What Our Clients Are Looking For:
Industry Experience: 2-3+ years in brand ambassadorship, on-trade sales, hospitality, or a related field.
Passion for Premium Beverages: Strong understanding of spirits, beer, and consumer trends.
Sales & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive advocacy within trade environments.
Marketing & Event Expertise: Experience in activations, training, and digital engagement is a plus.
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Comfortable leading education sessions and engaging large audiences.
Flexibility & Autonomy: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Driving License: A full, clean driving license is required.
