Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a public building project. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling safety, cost, planning, technical programme, and execution of all construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and overall Works Requirements (WR).
* Managing and coordinating subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops, and follow-through with planned actions.
* Inputting into the strategic and production planning team, updating progress reports, and productivity reports.
* Reviewing, maintaining, and controlling site records and contemporaneous records relating to works, installation, materials, and labour.
* Maintaining good relationships with clients, designers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, conducive to securing future work.
* Taking responsibility for personal development and training for technical, Health & Safety to meet both external and internal demands.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant experience managing construction projects.
* Expertise in digital and visual presentation tools.
* Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
