Processing data changes for employees including changes to contracts (hours, roster, reporting lines etc).Support HRBB’s with Employee Relations cases (investigations, Minute Taking, invite letters, scheduling meetings)Support HRBP’s with TUPE out/inRetirement processes, discussions and offboardingProcessing invoices through the internal Workday system creating PO’s for suppliers.Supporting the HRBP’s with the HR Strategy.Supports the performance and objective setting process. Support with design and implement improvements to policy and procedures, documentation and standard letters. Support the starters and leavers process, new starter calls/exit interviewsRunning ad-hoc reports (Veolia annual stats/ Gender Pay Gap / Elevate)Probation Reviews follow up with managers and supporting any extension documentation Support the resourcing team where required (references, interview support)Organise Occupational heath medicalsOperate and maintain HRIS system (Workday)Ensure all policies and procedures are being applied consistently by managementAttendance Management Receive and review return-to-work interviews and escalate information for any further actionsSupporting the Veolia wellness programme and charity eventsSupport EPIC (return to work for asylum seekers) and BITC (introduction to work for second level students).Keep abreast of any legislative changes that impact Veolia HR policies and update accordinglyGeneral Administration and Adhoc DutiesRequired skills for this role:Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Studies specialising in HRMLever 9 Master (desirable)1-2 years experience in a Graduate or demanding HR Administrative positionCIPD qualified or working towardsProficiency in MS Suite / Google SuitePrevious experience of Workday would be advantageousPersonal SkillsExcellent attention to detailMust be a team playerAbility to prioritise dutiesExcellent communication skills both verbal & writtenAbility to multi-taskGood initiative and pro-active approach to workPositive and enthusiastic “can do” attitudeAbility to think innovativelyAbility to work to tight deadlines Good interpersonal skillsPlease note:If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work in Ireland.If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland.Information on legislation and guides to the procedures in relation to obtaining greencard permits ,work permits, spousal/dependant permits is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation website.
