Tasks
1. Leading initiatives and continuous process improvement
2. Developing and implementing strategies for finding the best candidates
3. Configuring an effective search strategy
4. Working with the candidate database and being responsible for the referral program
5. Sourcing and attracting candidates from various channels
6. Collaborating with recruiters and management to optimize the strategy
7. Implementing modern recruiting and sourcing methods
Requirements
8. Having at least 1 year of experience in IT or gamedev recruitment/sourcing
9. Being proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search, as well as other key candidate sourcing channels and tools
10. Data-driven approach and making decisions based on metrics
11. Effectively handling a large volume of information and managing your time efficiently
12. Possessing the ability to structure information and communicate it effectively to colleagues
