Operating Room OR Sales Specialist
This role is part of a successful medical devices company with a focus on the 32 counties. The primary territory for this position will be Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway, and Kilkenny regions.
The Role:
Sales representatives receive ongoing training and provide expert advice on their product portfolio. A focus on customer obsession and detailed product expertise ensures excellent customer care and support.
You will work with the company's OR Team across the complete OR product portfolio. Your responsibilities include increasing sales revenue, driving new business, coordinating product trials, supporting existing business, and educating customers on new market trends and products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Sales Manager and work with the wider team to reflect the company's key principles.
* Improve patient and healthcare worker outcomes.
* Identify commercial opportunities in the marketplace and execute on them efficiently.
* Develop successful relationships with Key Decision Makers at an early stage.
* Foster a teamwork approach with colleagues to achieve business goals.
* Maintain files and account management plans.
* Increase sales revenue and grow market share through actively increasing profitability.
* Provide differentiated customer service and support.
* Develop customer relationships and build brand loyalty.
* Assist in developing education programs relating to customer and company requirements.
* Support existing business through clinical education and product training.
* Stay up-to-date on market and product developments.

Key Requirements:
* Relevant Business/Sales and/or Clinical qualification.
* Strong sales drive and work ethic.
* Clear communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to most situations.
* Commercial understanding and planning.
* Knowledge of the operating theatre market in Ireland.
* Operate in a way that maintains a positive customer perception of the company brand.
* Computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* A clean, full driving license.
* Residency within the primary focus territory is desirable.
