Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach. Your day-to-day role will involve assisting the Shop Manager and team with maintaining high standards while handling customer transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in daily tasks.
* Take charge and manage shop operations in their absence, including:
o Opening and closing the shop
o Guiding and managing the shop team
o Cash management procedures
* You may have opportunities to manage occasionally, leading to further development opportunities.
* Combine working in a fast-paced retail environment with continuous upskilling and training to progress within the company.
* Provide excellent customer service through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
* Process customer bets accurately and efficiently using various channels, such as betting terminals and EPOS systems.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador by introducing customers to our digital journey.
* Work under pressure, remain calm, and continually look for ways to improve yourself and the shop.
* Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout your working day.
* Ensure all safety, compliance, and operational procedures are followed.
* Be passionate about working in a team environment.
* Adhere to Social Responsibility duties.
