We're investing in top talent and setting up Product Led Account Executives for long-term success on their individual career paths. This role will be hybrid based out of our Barcelona or Dublin offices.
The Opportunity
MongoDB is a true data platform with tools for developers, analysts, and data scientists. We're growing our Product Led Sales team to help customers be more productive while meeting complex requirements at any scale.
Responsibilities
* Attract, Hire, and Retain high-achieving Product Led Account Executives via all channels.
* Drive a high-performance culture to achieve sales goals.
* Provide coaching and mentoring on inside sales, business model, and sales methodology.
* Conduct weekly enablement sessions for development.
* Develop Key Performance Indicators for your territory.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team.
* A passion for sales & technology, with a track record of overachievement.
* Strong experience in SaaS sales and closing new business.
* Familiarity with databases, web servers, and open source technology.
