Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator, for a 10 month maternity leave contract, in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with interviewers and candidates throughout complex recruitment processes. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities Required
1. Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations
2. Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
3. Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLA’s
4. Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
5. Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
6. Develop strong stakeholder relationships
7. Ability to analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
Experience Required
1. 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience
2. Bachelor's Degree
3. Excellent communication and organisation skills
4. Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions
5. Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
6. Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
7. Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems
