As a Business Development Specialist, you will be GRENKE's ambassador in the market, generating revenue by deploying GRENKE's sales strategy with resellers in your responsible area.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out sales processes, including identifying prospects, sales meetings, consultancy, follow-ups, and final negotiations.
* Cold-acquisition using company tools to create new business opportunities and develop GRENKE's business portfolio.
* Build long-lasting partnerships with resellers and interact using personal and/or digital channels.
* Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives within Grenke's sales strategy.
* Consult and train partners on GRENKE products and processes.
* Provide solutions according to resellers' needs and act as a consultant.
* E nsure resellers' satisfaction through excellent customer experience.
* Manage complaints to provide the best customer experience.
* Participate in relevant networking events.
* Record meetings and reports in GRENKE tools.
* Analyse resellers' financial situation to monitor risk and opportunities.
Requirements
* At least three years of field sales experience.
* Experience managing your own diary and being on the road, with a full Irish driving license.
* Strong hunting skills to actively seek out new business and leads.
* Ability to network and form connections easily.
