This role will suit people who like to be busy and are available to start this exciting position in the next week.
Salary: € 14.57per hour
Location: Fermoy
Hours: 9-5 pm Monday to Friday
Duties of the role:
1. Managing a busy inbox
2. Processing new applications on internal databases
3. Assigning relevant Assessment Officers and sending out relevant screening forms
4. Posting and recording referrals letters
5. Ongoing maintenance of files and relevant documentation and progress notes.
6. Updating Excel trackers and or the database with any relevant updates.
7. Assisting with invoices and accounts department with adhoc duties
8. Monitoring the office phone and answering queries
9. Diary management and coordination of meetings
What do you need?
10. Previous experience in an office environment is essential
11. Previous experience in a clinical/ clerical environment is highly desirable
12. Excellent coordination and time management skills
13. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with focus on multi tasking
14. Proven track record of working with excellent attention to detail
