Warehouse Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Co. Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of stock to ensure smooth and consistent flow of goods and stock.
* Ensure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met by liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
* Optimise efficiency by coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems.
* Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Numeracy and understanding of finance for stock management.
* People management skills, including inspiring, leading and motivating a team.
* Technical and IT skills, particularly database management and spreadsheets.
