We are looking for a skilled Receptionist on behalf of our client, a global law firm in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, playing a crucial role in maintaining a professional and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls professionally.Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up as required.Handle travel arrangements and assist with visitor logistics.Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers.Support finance tasks, including invoicing and expenses.Assist with health & safety procedures and ad-hoc office events.Skills and Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Strong communication and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to multitask.Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.This role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced, professional environment.
