Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Motor Industry)
Salary: €30-32k plus bonus

Description of Role:
Our client is now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide front line support for all vehicle maintenance booking enquiries from drivers & clients.
Requirements:
* Ideally, candidates must be qualified to Third level.
* At least 1 year of Customer Service/Office Admin experience within motor, insurance, call centre or similar environment.
* Must be Customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business.
* Must be meticulous, paying great attention to detail along with a high level of accuracy.
* Must be a team player who actively participates in shared objectives.
* Flexibility, willing to carry out a variety of tasks/activities requested.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and drivers.
* Ability to think and take initiative.
* Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads.
* Organization and prioritization of daily tasks.
* Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working as part of a team, efficiently and professionally process and log telephone and email requests for vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Adhere to company policies & procedures while meeting the needs of our clients & drivers.
* Support drivers who have broken down & require roadside assistance.
* Work with our supplier network to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Direct vehicles into preferred supplier network for repairs.
* Achieve team goals and individual targets as outlined by line manager.
* Build long-term proactive relationships with clients and drivers by:
o Building client trust and confidence.
o Continuing to build on company’s professional image and maintain its high standard of customer service.
o Increasing customer survey ratings.
* Managing fluctuating workloads.
* General administration.
* Any ADHOC duties that may arise from time to time.
