The team is responsible for maintaining the shareholder register, managing investor and client queries, and processing requests. The role involves the settlement of shareholder transactions, arranging payments to funds and shareholders (including dividend distributions), and distributing key documentation such as contract notes, statements, and fund-related materials.
Role Overview
As a Fund Administrator in Investor Services, you will process investor transactions, manage payments, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to various projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
2. Maintain the dealing log and ensure investor reporting is timely and accurate.
3. Compile and issue reports to investment managers.
4. Manage subscription and redemption payments.
5. Perform daily reconciliations for fund bank accounts.
6. Maintain accurate shareholder static data on the share register.
7. Address client and investor queries.
8. Adhere to internal anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and collaborate with the AML team.
9. Archive and scan documents as needed.
10. Provide ad hoc support and contribute to project work and disaster recovery initiatives.
Essential Skills and Requirements
1. Third level qualification in Finance or Business
2. 6 months experience in Finance
3. Effective verbal and written communication with professionalism across all levels.
4. Timely escalation of unresolved, delayed, or complex queries.
5. A structured, flexible, and determined work approach.
6. Ability to meet internal and external deadlines.
7. Self-motivation, with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
