VANRATH have partnered with one of Ireland's leading brand-builders to find a Sales Coordinator.
This is an office/home based role, not customer facing in the field. You will support and coordinate with local sales and commercial teams providing administrative support for Field Sales operation in NI and National Account team.

Key Responsibilities
* Administrative support for Field Sales Director NI, Head of On-Trade, Commercial Manager, and National Account Managers
* Collation and presentation of key field sales reports using MS Excel, Sales Force, and Power BI
* Preparation of all customer & team sales presentations using MS Power Point
* Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting requirements as defined
* Key point of contact for the Field Sales Team
* Key liaison for brand teams and NI business
* Co-ordination of Sales Team meetings
* Responsible for information dissemination across the teams
* Continual development of back of house Field Sales technology
* Co-ordination of brand events across the year
* Customer Trade Show organisation

Requirements
* 2 Years' experience in similar type role
* Exceptional level of IT proficiency and meticulous attention to detail
* Microsoft Power Point, Excel (advanced), Sales Force & Power BI skills
* FMCG experience desirable and experience in food and drink an advantage
* Ability to innovate and think outside the box
* Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
* Deadline orientated individual
* Resilient self-starter
* Able to foster close working relationships
