We have an opportunity for a Logistics Assistant Manager to support the effectiveness of the daily operations and be responsible for line management of the logistics team.

Your Role at a Glance
* Supporting the effectiveness of daily operations, management and development of logistics colleagues
* Responsible for daily outbound and inbound operational directions impacting supply chain performance.
* Working with head of logistics manager to develop operational strategy and planning
* Working with a process led approach and actively liaise with other functional areas to improve operational performance.
* Identify areas of underperformance and act decisively to address these areas
What We're Looking for
* 3-Year + experience in a similar role
* Retail logistics experience would be an advantage.
* People Management experience
* Strong IT skills including Excel
* Experience with Navision would be an advantage.
* Collaborative team approach
