Job Title: Visual Designer
We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our Experience Design team within the Group Customer Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital products and services, putting the customer at the absolute centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-fidelity UI designs, illustrations, and animations using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Develop intuitive interaction and navigation models.
* Communicate usability and accessibility standards, giving clear rationales.
* Present high-level concepts and strategies to business stakeholders.
* Evaluate solutions with users through research.
* SUPPORT creation, management, and maintenance of our design system.
About the Team:
The Group Customer Office (GCO) will drive the development of a group-wide customer strategy focused on listening to the voice of our customers and putting them at the heart of decision making for the Bank.
The GCO will work to build a culture where both colleagues and customers choose, stay, and advocate for Bank of Ireland.
