This is a full-time position for an Events Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve maximum sales across all outlets: rooms, conference rooms, food and beverage
• Handle phone and email queries from clients
• Liaise with Conference/Events Planners to obtain event details, follow through on agreements, and provide a final passover to Conference Manager or Duty Manager
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for contracts, deposits, credit applications, and payment schedules
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Collaborate with Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales & Marketing
