Head of Finance & Operations
The National Head of Finance & Operations will oversee EPlus's financial health and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic financial planning, operational management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Financial accounts preparation, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting, cash flow, risk management, compliance and audit.
* Operational Oversight: Ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Team Leadership: Leading a direct team of 4 within finance/admin and operational management.
* Strategic Planning: Contributing to the organisation's mission by optimising resource utilisation and enhancing service delivery to children and families across Ireland.
Requirements:
* Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 yrs PQE.
* Experience in financial accounts preparation, including SORP compliant accounts.
* Minimum of 2 years supervisory or people leadership experience.
* Experience in using Xero (or similar SME accounting package) & advanced Excel in addition to the full Microsoft package.
* Experience working within the charity or non-for-profit sector preferred.

Remuneration Package:
* €80,000 salary
* 25 days annual leave increasing to 29 days with years of service
