Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
A leading Irish PR firm with a presence in Europe and soon expanding to the UK is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in their Dublin headquarters.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global industry leaders, providing high-level support in a fast-paced advisory-focused environment. The firm specialises in law, public policy and communications, driving business forward through regulatory compliance, legislative advocacy, and strategic engagement. Ideal for a proactive individual with experience in professional services or corporate settings.
The role is offered on a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage the diary and schedule of the MD, ensuring prioritisation of critical tasks and meetings.
* Liaise with external clients and contacts to coordinate meetings and maintain professional communications.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation for the MD, Directors, and team members.
* Ensure the MD is fully briefed for all client engagements and prepare high-standard presentations.
* Manage correspondence and handle calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
* Support the MD with project management, including key client projects and event organisation.
* Monitor and manage routine expenditures and support invoicing and debtor management tasks.
* Provide administrative support to other Directors and Consultants as required.
Requirements
* A professional services or corporate background with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
