If you’re hungry for a challenge and ready to dig in—let’s talk.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?This full-time, permanent role can be based out of either our Dublin or London office and requires attendance at the office 2 days per week.As a member of our Senior Leadership Team (reporting directly to our Managing Director), you’ll interact with senior internal and external stakeholders and you’ll be required to travel internationally on a semi-regular basis.You’ll make a positive impact across our entire business by:Developing a clear Marketing strategy that brings Strong Roots’ brand purpose to life through communications, innovation, and creative execution.Leading the team to create annual strategic plans to drive our portfolio forward and ensure alignment across the business.Driving breakthrough initiatives to achieve profitable growth.Analysing data and research to provide clear insights and strategic recommendations for the business.Managing annual marketing budgets and ensuring effective execution.Driving cost efficiency and optimizing agency and cost structures.Using consumer insights to inform brand health and future plans.Challenging portfolio plans to maximize growth in line with brand and business objectives.Prioritising the marketing mix and resource allocation to achieve key goals.HOW WILL YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?That’s easy!
