Job Title: IT Specialist in AV and Meeting Rooms
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse team focused on project management, operational management, and IT development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide AV & event support, including planning and implementation.
* Maintain and manage meeting room technologies.
* Produce and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
* Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams for robust solutions.
* Drive process improvements using new technologies and automation.
* Manage local IT infrastructure, including telephony and disaster recovery planning.
* Contribute to the management and maintenance of meeting room equipment.
* Knowledge transfer to team members and the business.
* Event production and support business/LOB events.
* Build action plans to improve experience, processes, and product innovation.
* Foster collaborative relationships with other functions across the company and 3rd party vendors.
* Monitor effectiveness of vendors, support procedures & escalate issues.
* Provide a stable IT environment to the local business.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in 2nd level IT support, technical customer support, or technical implementation roles.
* Experience with IT asset management systems and strong competence with job-relevant tools & processes.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to lead and drive successful implementation/adoption of IT services.
* Strong project management skills and understanding of agile methodologies.
* Technical leadership experience, excellent customer focus, and communication skills.
* Strong computing skills, oriented towards Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, SharePoint, and the Office 365 power suite.
* General IT knowledge on different technical areas with a high degree of technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
