This position requires a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record of managing Account Executives in a SaaS environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
* Maintaining the accuracy of sales forecasts and driving the team to achieve key objectives.
* Developing and enforcing a robust scorecard review process to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborating across departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with:
1. At least 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
2. A proven track record of successfully managing AEs within the past 2+ years.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
4. A passion for training and development, with a focus on designing scalable curricula for improvement.
5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of comfort with change.
6. Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
