Manage a portfolio of highly consumable competitive intelligence assets (e.g., dashboards, papers, competitor profiles, datasets) that can be used strategically across stakeholder groups and find opportunities to enhance that portfolio based on stakeholder needs and feedback. Maintain a deep understanding and curiosity of business drivers and an innate grasp of business metric definitions in Audiobook / Spoken Media industry and competitors, and proactively build relationships with business partners to give context, provide recommendations, and identify needs. Evaluate strategic options and develop recommendations for lines of business, data capture, or enterprise-wide projects, typically in partnership with strategy colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders. Leverage technical skills and insight to research and mine internal (Audible, Amazon) and external (market research, marketing agencies) data sources to identify and understand opportunities, develop a point of view, and provide guidance for strategic business decisions. Own external vendor and internal engineering relationships to ensure data quality, adjust to industry trends, align with business priorities, and drive data assets forward.
