We’re seeking a Spanish speaking Client Onboarding and Account Manager to ensure excellence across sales and customer success teams. In this role, you’ll evaluate team interactions, identify development opportunities, and provide tailored coaching to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Review and assess customer and sales interactions for quality and compliance.
* Deliver clear, actionable feedback to team members through regular coaching sessions.
* Develop and maintain quality standards to ensure consistent evaluation.
* Work with training teams to address skill gaps and improve overall team effectiveness.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in sales coaching, quality assurance, or a similar role.
* Strong communication and data analysis skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Experience in SaaS, IT services, or CRM systems is an advantage.
* Fluency in English.
* Fluency in Spanish.
