As we scale, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to drive efficiencies across our supply chain, logistics, and overall operational strategy.
Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the end-to-end operations of the business, ensuring we can scale efficiently while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and suppliers to streamline supply chain processes, improve operational performance, and support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Oversee sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure a seamless and cost-effective supply chain that results in healthy gross margins.
* Operational Strategy & Scaling: Develop and execute a robust operational strategy that supports the company’s rapid growth, ensuring scalability without compromising quality or sustainability.
* Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement data-driven improvements to optimise costs, productivity, and performance.
* Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics partners to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ethical sourcing practices.
* Inventory & Demand Planning: Work closely with sales, marketing and finance teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and reduce waste.
* Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and sustainability certifications.
* Technology & Systems: Leverage operational technology and software to enhance efficiency and support business scalability.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, finance, and marketing teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
* New Product Development & Launches: Collaborate with product development teams to oversee the operational aspects of new product innovation and ensure smooth market launches.
Who You Are

* Adept at managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
Experience & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
* Strong background in managing manufacturing and supplier relationships.
* Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and cost optimisation a plus.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in operational tools and ERP systems.
